It involves engaging with us at the very start of the project. It’s an inclusive and transparent construction project methodology that involves everyone on the project team – client, builder and design – every step of the way, enabling full collaboration and an extremely responsive construction process.

Step by step

Understanding your Project

We’ll work with you to put the project team together – client, design consultant and contractor – and discuss your vision, aims and outcomes. Our results-focused approach harnesses the team’s combined knowledge to examine and evaluate every aspect of your project.

This step is critical to the success of your project.

Conceptual Design & Costs

We focus on more than just the cost of construction and consider the ‘whole-of-life’ cost of the building to ensure you get the best return on your investment. Concept plans, an initial budget and an agreement to proceed are developed. We constantly test the design and scope to ensure we can deliver on time and within budget.

Developed Design & Fixed Price

The design and engineering team finalise the working drawings for consent in collaboration with us as contractor and you the client to manage any risk. We design out any potential problems so they don’t end up on-site jeopardising timelines and budgets. Once the plans and documentation are in for consent, we confirm the construction costs and present a detailed total cost to construct and contract to agree before starting your build.

Construction

Construction begins. We’ll keep you informed and involved throughout the build and make your experience hassle-free with regular communication to manage any issues, update you on progress and help you make informed decisions. The health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, contractors, clients, consultants and the public is a key priority for us. Regular consultation, coordination and cooperation ensures everyone stays safe. We create an environmental plan for every project to address issues such as waste minimisation to landfill, site run-off management and anything that might negatively impact on the environment.

Handover

When construction is complete, we supply you information to assist with the operational requirements and ongoing maintenance of your new asset.
