It’s been a busy last quarter for us finishing up some key projects, including the Hundertwasser Art Centre, where we’ve been on-site for the past 3 ½ years. Recently we completed and handed over to Marsden Maritime Holdings the Kitewhara Commercial Centre at Marsden Point, with work well underway on a second lot of units – the Kitetotara Commercial Centre. Work is also progressing well on our bulk store project at Marsden Point, and we’re putting the finishing touches on Four Square Marsden Cove ready for opening.
Kitewhara Commercial Centre
We’ve recently completed and handed over the Kitewhara Business Centre at Marsden Point for Marsden Maritime Holdings. The project consists of four x 600m2 units which are all tenanted. The first business is up and running, with the other three to follow soon. This was another fantastic project set to cater to the growing community in the wider Bream Bay area.
Kitetotara Commercial Centre
Having completed building one of this development at Marsden Point, building two is well underway. Consisting of twelve x 150m2 units, the build is progressing ahead of program, with exterior aluminium joinery being fitted and inter-tenancy walls going up. The sparkies, plumbers and others have been hard at it inside, getting ready for the internal linings. The project is on target for handover in March 2022, and we look forward to welcoming more great businesses into the Bream Bay area to service the growing population.
Marsden Point Bulk Facility
Work is progressing well on our bulk store project down at Marsden Point. The 5,000m2 facility is due for completion in the second quarter of 2022. This is for another operator utilising the benefits of setting up business next to Northport, New Zealand’s only major natural deep water port. We’re currently constructing the concrete wall panels on-site, intending to start the foundations before Christmas. Once the foundations are in, the steel structure will begin to appear above ground. Four Square Marsden Cove
Four Square Marsden Cove is about to open. We’re putting the finishing touches on the internal fit-out for our client and the store operator. This is a prototype store for the brand and is quite something. Your shopping experience in this store will leave you wanting to come back for more! Team Trigg are proud to have built the main building for Marsden Maritime Holdings and equally as proud to be fitting it out for the tenants. The store will be a welcome addition to the Marsden Cove commercial precinct and just in time for the busy summer season.
