Two 4000 m2 general bulk storage buildings, 9m high at spouting line and 500 m2 ancillary buildings. 3m high concrete retaining walls. 40m clear span with steel structure, clad and roofed in Colorsteel. 

With a tight timeframe and budget, we looked to manage out any risk during the design process, and test the budget to find time-cost efficiencies and incorporate innovative construction techniques. 

Construction of two 4000 m2 world-class bulk stores at Marsden Point in Northland. Designed and built in just 32 weeks with not a single variation once construction started, Team Trigg got our client in to begin their fit-out three weeks ahead of schedule. Our Early Contractor Involvement process enabled us to work closely with our client and manage any construction risk upfront during the design stage. The result is a quality build, delivered on time, that’s financially viable and future-proofed.
