A high-quality modern head office for a local Northland publicly listed company.
A modern head office with an aluminium and glass exterior, with Paradise Quarry stone and entry portico. The building, featuring steel and aluminium louvre blades to provide shade from the Northland sun, comprises two substantial but separate office spaces with shared ablution facilities.
To construct the new office building in a way that allows it to be moved to another location on-site if required. Construction also required us to manage major earthworks throughout the build process.
A modern, architecturally designed and visually appealing office space. It’s a fantastic place to work from, with large free spaces allowing office layout flexibility. A partnered contract arrangement ensured clarity of cost and time. We worked closely with our client and the architect to ensure all business requirements were exceeded.
